N.Korea sets up buoys near west inter-Korean sea border

South Korea's military authorities said today (Thursday) that North Korea has recently set up about a dozen buoys near the Northern Limit Line, the inter-Korean maritime border in the Yellow Sea.

The authorities said they are investigating why the North has installed the one meter-high buoys.
