[INGREDIENTS]

White Radish, Green Onion, Oyster, Water Dropwort

1. Cut
Big Green Onion, Thread Onion, White Radish

TIP: Chop the big green onions.

2. Mince
White Radish

TIP: Mince the white radish coarsely for a richer taste.

3. Clean

Oyster, Salt Water

TIP: Use salt water when cleaning the oysters.

4. Marinate

Minced White Radish, Red Chili Powder, Oyster, Water Dropwort, Big Green Onion, Fish Sauce, Sesame Oil, Garlic, Ginger

TIP: Use fish sauce for salt for a more savory dish.

TIP: Add the sesame oil last.


[RECIPE]

1. Make a marinade with the prepared big green onion, garlic, ginger, water dropwort, red chili powder and minced white radish.

2. Put the marinade and oysters together and toss to combine well.
