INGREDIENTS
Radishes, Honey, Pine Nuts
1. Cut
Radishes
TIP: Cut up the radishes into thin slices to boil them down well.
2. Crystallize
Radishes, Sugar
TIP: The sugar helps draw excess liquid out of the radishes.
TIP: Discard the excess moisture.
3. Boil & Braise
Water, Radishes, Honey
TIP: When it is bubbly, turn down the heat.
TIP: When the radishes turn yellow, scoop them out.
4. Shape
Braised Radishes, Pine Nuts
TIP: Put the pine nuts or other nuts to taste.
RECIPE
1. Boil and braise the radishes with honey.
2. Add the nuts to the braised radishes and make them into Jeonggwa.
Effects of Radish
