[Seoul] Oh Se-hoon "Leap the 5th largest city in the world due to the elimination of integrity and regulations"

Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon emphasized integrity, creative innovation, and deregulation for global urban competitiveness in his first employee ordinance of the new year.

Mayor Oh said in his first employee ordinance of the new year, "The world's fifth largest urban competitiveness does not come from new and great policies, but from accumulating small and ordinary things to achieve great achievements."

Mayor Oh praised employees for ranking 6th in global urban competitiveness last year and achieving the first grade in comprehensive integrity of public institutions in 14 years, and said he hopes this year will be a year to share and achieve dreams and visions.
