Six people involved in the "Fire Porridge Accident" at the Jecheon International Music Film Festival will be sent.

The Jecheon Police Station in Chungcheongbuk-do sent six people, including Jecheon city officials and film festival officials, without detention in connection with the firecracker accident at the outdoor venue of the Jecheon International Music Film Festival.

They are accused of injuring 13 audiences by misinstalling firecrackers in the air, and failing to conduct preliminary inspections such as establishing a safety management plan and identifying risk factors, even though they have to install firecrackers on the ground according to the product description.

At the first day of the Jecheon International Music Film Festival on September 6, the rain-soaked firecrackers flew sideways without soaring upwards, causing the audience and others to burn.
