[Busan] Nakdonggang Estuary First Step in Designation of 'No. 1 National Urban Park'

The Busan Metropolitan Government announced that it has decided on a park urban management plan and announced a topographic map for the Nakdonggang River estuary in Eulsukdo Island and McDonald's Ecological Park as a procedure for designating the first national city park.

Nakdonggang River Estuary Park is the largest ecological and wetland neighborhood park in Korea with 5.58 million square meters, and it is a world-class migratory bird home where big swans and terns breed and a natural ecological treasure with various plants and animals.

This decision increased the total area of urban parks in Busan by 23.5%.
