A large rally in downtown Seoul over the weekend...traffic congestion forecast

Traffic congestion is expected tomorrow (11th), the weekend, with tens of thousands of people gathering in downtown Seoul, including Yoon Seok-yeol's immediate retreat and social reform emergency action and the Liberty Unification Party.

The emergency action to step down plans to hold a rally in favor of impeachment of the president tomorrow afternoon at the Dong-A Ilbo Intersection in Jongno-gu.

The Liberty Korea Party will hold anti-impeachment rallies around Gwanghwamun, including in front of Donghwa Duty Free Shop, and the New Liberal Alliance will hold anti-impeachment rallies around the presidential residence in Hannam-dong.

The police plan to minimize inconvenience to citizens by deploying more than 160 traffic police officers to operate variable lanes.

The police asked people to use public transportation such as subways when passing by as traffic congestion is expected in Sejong-daero, Sajik-ro, and Hannam-daero in Yongsan-gu.
