National Assembly refutes controversy over "withdrawal of rebellion"... "All acts of rebellion are subject to judgment."

Representatives of the National Assembly for the impeachment trial of President Yoon Suk Yeol held a press conference and refuted President Yoon's criticism, saying that the rebellion was withdrawn from the reason for the prosecution.

Lawyers for the National Assembly, including Kim Jin-han and Jang Soon-wook, said at a press conference held at the Korean Bar Association yesterday afternoon, "The prosecution has not changed a word that the leader of the civil war is a disorderly act of the national constitution."

Some in the ruling party and the presidential office said, "If the National Assembly excluded the establishment of a rebellion as requested, it would mean withdrawing 80% of the reasons for impeachment, so the impeachment should be dismissed."Or, they are protesting, saying that a re-decision of the National Assembly is needed.
