However, if the Constitutional Court uses all 180 days for the hearing, the conclusion will come out in June and there is a possibility that it will have to hold a "heatwave and monsoon presidential election" between July and August.

For the Democratic Party of Korea, the best scenario is that the former presidential election will be held in May next year, when the Supreme Court ruling on Lee Jae-myung's violation of the Public Official Election Act is expected, and Lee will be elected.
