Prosecutors investigating the emergency martial law incident arrested Lee Jin-woo, commander of the Capital Defense Command.
The special investigation headquarters of the prosecution's emergency martial law said this evening (13th) that commander Lee was arrested by a warrant.
Military police special leases belonging to the National Assembly immediately after the emergency martial law was declared, and the "B-1" bunker managed by the National Assembly was considered as a detention facility for key people such as lawmakers.
The prosecution also conducted a search and seizure of the commander's home yesterday (12th).
