Septillian is much longer than the age of the universe and is significantly faster than Google announced five years ago that it can solve a problem that takes 10,000 years in minutes.

Google explained that its quantum computer equipped with its own quantum chip "Wallow" surpassed Frontier, the fastest supercomputer in existence, in performance experiments.

However, it is known that the algorithm created for the test was used in this performance experiment, and no actual cases have been applied yet.

In response, Hartmut Neven, founder of Google Quantum AI, said, "If we don't solve even simple problems, we can't solve practical problems," and Google said it will announce real-world problem solving cases that existing computers can't solve next year.
