'Trump's First Fallout in 2nd Term' Gates Turns into Far-Right Broadcasting Host

Former Congressman Matt Gates, who was nominated as Trump's second-term attorney general and dropped out due to allegations of underage sex purchases, will return as a broadcast host.

Politico, a U.S. political media outlet, reported that former lawmaker Gates will host an hour-long political talk show on the far-right broadcaster "One America News."

One America News} also said on its website that Gates will host the "Matt Gates Show" from January to deliver fresh perspectives and unfiltered dialogue for the MZ generation.

Former lawmaker Gates was nominated by Trump as the next attorney general last month. He voluntarily resigned for the first time among candidates for the next administration due to allegations of underage sex purchases.

Gates resigned from his seat shortly after he was nominated for attorney general and declared he would not return to Congress, though he won the congressional race that coincided with the presidential election.
