The Democratic Party of Korea is pushing for a second impeachment of President Yoon, while also pushing for impeachment, including the Civil War Special Counsel Act and the Minister of Justice, to increase the pressure.

A week after the declaration of the emergency martial law, the so-called "special prosecutor for civil war" bill, which will investigate related suspicions, has begun to go through the plenary session's process.A total of 14 suspicions were included in the investigation, including President

Yoon's charge of commanding civil war, the process of declaring martial law, and discussions on the arrest of major politicians.

Army or the Presidential Security Service from interfering with the special counsel's seizure and search for military secrets.

On the other hand, the ruling party walked out during the review of the bill, saying it should not shake the legal system for impeachment.

At the plenary session of the National Assembly, the Democratic Party's request for a permanent special prosecution, which was proposed separately before the general special prosecution, was passed with the approval of more than 20 ruling parties.

Justice Minister Park Sung-jae, who is suspected of participating in the arrest of major politicians immediately after martial law was declared, and National Police Agency Commissioner Jo Ji-ho's impeachment was also reported to the plenary session.

The opposition party plans to vote on all of these impeachment proposals, the independent counsel for civil war, and the fourth Kim Gun-hee independent counsel law at the plenary session on the 12th.

Ahead of President Yoon's second impeachment vote this weekend, the impeachment of government personnel and the independent counsel for civil war are putting pressure on him.
