Broadcaster Jang Sung-kyu has been controversial for making disparaging remarks on staff.
On the 29th of last month, the YouTube channel 'Workman' said, "Let's sell the dog! How much is it for a dog? A video titled "Shock" was posted.
In the video, Jang Sung-kyu went on a daily experience as a dog model manager. Puppy models are puppies that appear in dramas and commercials.
Jang Sung-kyu said, "They're better than me," and added, "What's the pay for the best dog? I'm curious about the dog's ransom," he asked.
An official replied, "The standard for filming all day, 10 million won." Then Jang Sung-kyu said to the staff filming next to him, "Hey, you guys are no better than dogs."
The remarks were later spread online and were pointed out as "staff disparaging" remarks. Netizens responded by saying, "You should be careful what you say," "No matter how ridiculous you are," and "You are saying Bernie 'you' over 10 million won a month."
