A suspect who assassinated the head of the nation's largest health insurance company was arrested in the middle of New York last week.

An elite 20-something graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, along with a gun, a statement was found criticizing the insurance giant's over-profit pursuit.

The CEO of the largest health insurance company in the U.S. was shot and killed in the middle of Manhattan, New York, early on the 4th.

New York police, who have been publicly wanted in the case of Luigi Manzioni, arrested him five days after the incident.

The Associated Press said Manzioni graduated from a private high school with a bachelor's and master's degrees in computer science from the University of Pennsylvania.

Police are investigating the murder charge after arresting the suspect on charges of presenting a fake ID, saying he has no other criminal record.
