Kim Sun-ho, the acting defense minister, said that the second martial law claim, which is being raised by some, is not true at all, and that he will never accept the Ministry of National Defense and the Joint Chiefs of Staff even if there is a demand for martial law to be issued.

Vice Minister Kim said in a statement yesterday (6th) at the Ministry of National Defense briefing room, "I would like to apologize once again for causing concern to the public about the emergency martial law situation."

Regarding the recent emergency martial law incident, the Ministry of National Defense emphasized that it will actively cooperate with the prosecution's investigation and send military prosecutors to take measures to conduct a joint investigation.
