◆ Bae Seung-hee: Is that so? Some people seem to have made a mistake in responding to the violation of the Public Official Election Act. The Democratic Party of Korea's outdoor struggle and some lawmakers' remarks on presiding over judges also seem to have had an adverse effect. There's also this evaluation. How do you see it?

◇ Mo Kyung-jong: First of all, the person who said it was the subject of the judge was punished right away by the party. But I think that saying that itself is too light on the judiciary. It's not that this statement itself is, but that the result is that it is too light on the judiciary. I don't think that's what caused the results to go this way or that. And the same is true of the off-the-shelf struggle. The over-the-counter struggle itself was an over-the-counter rally that talked about the incompetence of President Yoon Suk Yeol and the Yoon Suk Yeol government itself and condemned the political prosecution, not at all an over-the-counter rally that pressured the law or the judiciary.
