North Korean defectors appeal for dispatch of troops to Ukraine [Anchor Report]

With North Korean troops sent to Russia reportedly close to deployment to combat,
North Korean defectors living in
are appealing for them to be sent to Ukraine.

This is an open letter posted on social media two days ago by Lee Min-bok, CEO of the direct help movement for North Koreans,
Representative Lee
said, "North Korea has sent mercenaries, so there is enough justification," and stressed, "Just the defector's presence in Ukraine will have a big impact."

He also asked President Zelensky to accept the offer, saying, "I want to help my compatriots who have been driven to the grain."

Earlier, North Korean refugee organizations such as the North Korean Christian Military Association, led by Pastor Shim Ju-il, a former North Korean political officer, were also organized
North Korean defectors from the
military have issued statements claiming that they will crush mercenary policies by conducting psychological warfare against the North Korean military, and that North Korean soldiers could stir up the sentiment of the North's special forces.
