At the same time, he emphasized that the Gyeongui Line and the East Sea Line are representative inter-Korean cooperation projects, and loans worth $132.9 million were provided to North Korea.

The Ministry of Unification said it confirms that the obligation to repay the loan is still in North Korea, and warned that North Korea is responsible for all the bombing of the inter-Korean railway road.
