"Ryu Hee-rim's civil petition is a fait accompli," said a ruling party council member accusing the People's Solidarity for Participatory Democracy of false accusations.

Lee Jong-bae, a member of the Seoul Metropolitan Government, held a press conference in front of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency today (4th) and said officials from the civic group Participation Solidarity and the Whistle Foundation accused Ryu Hee-rim of false accusations, saying he turned the alleged owner of the civil complaint into a fact without any grounds.

He also argued that it was anti-democratic violence for them to receive media calls because the personal information of the complainants was leaked, and that who leaked personal information and handed it over to whom.

Chairman Ryu is suspected of directly participating in the deliberation by asking him to deliberate on the report citing Kim Man-bae and Shin Hak-rim of Newstapa in the name of his family and acquaintances.
