[INGREDIENTS]
Soybean Sprout 100g, Cucumber, Celery, Red Bell Pepper

1. Cut
Soybean Sprouts, Cucumber, Celery, Red Bell Pepper

TIP: Trim off the heads of soybean sprouts.

2. Parboil
Soybean Sprouts, Ice Water

TIP: Put the parboiled soybean sprouts in ice water for 10-15 seconds.

3. Sauce
Mustard 1T, Starch Syrup 1T, Sugar 1T, Yuja Marmalade 1T, Water, Salt 1t, Minced Garlic 1t, Vinegar 2T, Mustard Powder

TIP: Add water to your taste.

4. Mix
Soybean Sprouts, Celery, Cucumber, Red Bell Pepper, Enoki Mushrooms

TIP: Mix them well to make the dish taste better.

2. Make the dressing with mustard, starch syrup, Yuja marmalade, salt, minced garlic, vinegar, and water.
