[INGREDIENTS]

Burdock Roots, Soaked Rice, Shiitake Mushrooms, King Oyster Mushrooms, Beech Mushrooms, Prawns

1. Cut
Burdock Roots, Shiitake Mushrooms, King Oyster Mushrooms

2. Boil
Soaked Rice, Unboiled Rice Water, Burdock Roots, Prawns, Shiitake Mushrooms, King Oyster Mushrooms, Beech Mushrooms

TIP: Spread out the rice evenly before adding the other ingredients to cook them well.
TIP: Put the ingredients altogether in a pot and boil them over high heat for 5 minutes.
TIP: When they begin boiling, put the lid on the pot and keep boiling them over low heat for another 15 minutes.

1. Boil soaked rice with burdock roots and other prepared ingredients till cooked.
