Lotus Roots, Minced Pork Meat

1. Sauce
Soy Sauce, Sugar, Starch Syrup, Sesame Oil

2. Stir-fry
Cooking Oil, Minced Pork Meat, Marinade, Garlic, Lotus Roots, Water

TIP: Separate and loosen the minced pork meat well.
TIP: Add the marinade bit by bit according to taste.

3. Braise
Marinade, Shishito Peppers

TIP: Add Shishito peppers last to maintain their chewiness.

1. Stir-fry minced pork meat, soy sauce and garlic with cooking oil.
